FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $75 Order must total $75 before shipping and handling (and tax where applicable). Includes standard UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail shipping within the continental U.S. only. UPS 2nd Day and Next Day Air available for $9 and $18 respectively. |

All credit card orders are processed through our Secure Server (SSL). We accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover. Phone orders are also accepted with a credit card. Fax and mail orders are accepted with receipt of a personal check or money order. Please see information below. |

Sales tax applies only to orders shipped to Colorado residents. Colorado residents will be charged sales tax at the rate of 7.55%. |
All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground unless otherwise specified. UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes, so if you request Second Day or Next Day delivery, we must have a physical street address for delivery. Normal shipping time is approximately 5-7 business days within the continental U.S.. When all items are in stock, we can often ship them out on the same day that the order is received. However, please allow 24-48 hours for processing, especially during busy holiday periods and following a weekend.
We can also ship via UPS Next Day or UPS 2nd Day service if you would prefer expedited shipping. Again, please allow approximately 24 hours for processing. Please note: UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. If you request Next Day delivery on a Thursday or Friday or Second Day delivery on a Wednesday or Thursday, you will normally receive your order on the following Monday or Tuesday, respectively.
Just select the shipping option you prefer once you are ready to check out. Shipments to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses will be sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If you request Second Day or Next Day delivery, we must have a physical street address for delivery. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands are sent via UPS Second Day Air unless they are being shipped to a PO Box. All items are shipped in generic packaging to insure confidentiality. The return address will not read "4FunSexToys" and does not give any indication as to the nature of the products inside the package.
Please note that although UPS is normally very reliable, we cannot be responsible for occasional delivery delays caused by UPS. If a package is lost in transit, we will trace the package for you through UPS. If it still cannot be located after the trace, we will re-ship your order at no extra cost to you.

We are happy to ship international orders to Canada and around the world. A Mastercard or Visa is required for all international purchases. Prices given are in U.S. dollars and will be converted to your currency by your local bank or credit card company. If you place an international order, you will see the extra charges that apply to your area when you view your shopping cart. Any customs charges that may occur are the responsibility of the customer. You are responsible for knowing the laws of your country. Any packages that are rejected by customs will be abandoned and no credit can be issued. Please be certain that the products you order are legal in your country before placing your order. |
Although we try our best to have all items in our catalog in stock at all times, occassionally we encounter situations where the manufacturer cannot supply us with a particular product as soon as we would like them to. In such situations, we will ship all available items to you upon receipt of your order and then we ship the back-ordered item or items as soon as we receive a shipment from the manufacturer.
Your credit card is charged at the time of your order for all items, including those that may be back-ordered. Should you decide that you do not wish to await a back-ordered item, please let us know as soon as possible so that we may cancel the back-order and issue a credit to your Mastercard, Visa or Discover. |

Free gifts are sent with all orders over $50.00 (before shipping and tax, if applicable). Should you choose to return an item or items and/or cancel a back-ordered item or items that reduces the total of your order to under $50, your free gifts must also be returned. Alternatively, should you decide to keep your free gifts, your credit for returned items or cancelled back-orders will be reduced by $10 to cover the cost of the free gifts. |
If you need to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of delivery provided the item has not been used and is in the original and unopened packaging or is a defective battery-operated or electrical item with its original packaging. We will exchange the product returned for another item or items of your choice, or issue a store credit which will be valid for one year from the date of issue. This credit is for the returned product(s) ONLY and does not include shipping costs.
No credit is issued for shipping charges unless an incorrect item or items were shipped in error. Products that cannot be returned for any reason are lingerie and bodywear that has been worn, and any products that are designed for the genital area, that have been removed from the original package (unless defective). Videos and DVD's may not be returned. All sales are final. If a video or DVD is defective, please return it to us and we will exchange it for the same title only (or comparable title).
Please include your name, email address, and specify whether you would like a replacement product or a store credit. We ship replacement items to you at no cost for shipping if an item is defective. No refunds are issued unless an item is deemed defective.
Send all returns to: GP Marketing, Inc., PMB 279, 3140-K S. Peoria Street, Aurora, CO 80014. Please mark the package as RETURN and specify whether you would like a STORE CREDIT or an EXCHANGE.
Packages that are returned as undeliverable due to an error made on the order form or a change of address, or packages that are refused, will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee. Shipping costs are also non-refundable. We will be glad to re-ship such packages by request, however, the customer will be charged our standard shipping charge to have the package re-shipped. |
Senders: Gift certificates are available in several denominations and can be ordered from the online store in the same manner as other items. Please specify on the order form if you would like the gift certificate to be mailed or sent via email to the recipient. If via email, please include the recipient's email address in the box on the order form.
Recipients: Recipients of gift certificates may select their items in the online store and then proceed to the order form. After entering your name and shipping address, please enter your Certificate Number in the box on the order form. A few special notes about gift certificates: 1) Gift certificates must be redeemed through our online store only 2) Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash 3) Any unused balance will be kept on file as a store credit and may be applied to future purchases 4) If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card 5) Gift certificates and unused portions of gift certificates expire on the date noted on the certificate |
